Alexander Zervakos - President, Founder

Mr. Zervakos is president and founder of Securex Filings LLC. An entrepreneur in the IT industry, he has over 23 years of business experience, both in accounting and business administration roles. He previously owned and operated Automotion International Ltd. an automobile import-export company; was a consultant with Alfa Business and Accounting Services, a financial services company where he specialized in taxation; was co-founder of Lexton Ltd. a manufacturer/distributor of computers and communication cables and co-founder of L2 Communication, a network integration company specializing in the educational market. As director of investor relations of GSI Technologies, a publicly traded company, he was directly involved with fund raising and the SEC listing process. Having experience with investor relations, corporate compliance, shareholder and SEC reporting, he has an excellent working knowledge of public company reporting requirements.

Joseph S. Murnane - Vice President, Print Operations

Mr. Murnane joined Securex in October 2010 as Vice President of Financial Print Operations. He has over 30 years of experience working in corporate and public finance operations. He previously worked for Merrill Corporation in New York and Los Angeles as well as Bowne & Company in Detroit managing SEC EDGAR training, customer service and financial print departments. In addition to many years in the corporate finance sector, he has years of experience with marketing, distributing and printing Official Statements in the public finance sector.

Keith Tom - Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Tom joined Securex in June 2010 as Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Marketforms.com. With extensive experience in the development of full stack web applications, web 2.0 application frameworks and standards he brings a wealth of knowledge on how to build secure, high performing web applications. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Physics while minoring in Mathematics from McGill University, he worked as a principle technology consultant with JP Morgan Chase, Braintree Payment Solutions, Niche Retail before co-founding Sliver Software a web application development consulting firm in 2009.

Niraj Khanna - Vice President, Online Marketing and Sales

Mr. Khanna joined Securex in June 2010 as Vice President of Online Marketing and Sales and Co-Founder of Marketforms.com. After receiving his undergraduate degree with honors in Computer Science from Concordia University he worked as a developer and sales engineer for Wysdom Wireless followed by a consultant position at KPMG. In 2004, Niraj founded Profitscience Inc., an R&D grant and tax consulting firm along with becoming a partner in charge of sales and marketing at Diaspar Software, an agile coaching, training and consulting company. In 2009, he co-founded Sliversoftware Inc, a web application development consulting firm. With years of experience building, marketing and selling software along with his successful business track record, Mr. Khanna brings a unique skills set to Securex and Marketforms that allows him to understand, communicate and work with technologists and business stakeholders alike.
